I have fairly average sized hands (maybe a bit on the
smaller side) and the feel of the early M/ZX bodies
(the 50 and the 10) were good, although a little small
and fairly plasticky. They were better feeling than
the C**** the N**** or the M****** equivilant. With
the FG battery pack on my ZX-50 the feel is far
better.

I handled an MZ-S for the first time yesterday. It
feels far more secure, solid, and comfortable then my
ZX-50. I imagine that the problem of the size issue
could be solved by adding the BG-10 Battery pack to
the MZ-S.

For the average wedding shoot shaving 10 or 12 oz off
the weight of the body wont make much of a difference
in the overall weight factor. However, for the
outdoor shooter who uses say a 28-70 2.8 and a
70/80-200 2.8 (OR even amateur zoom lenses like the
new 24-90 and a 70-300) saving a pound of weight in
your pack can be a good thing. Plus the battery pack
(although adding weight) also adds controls for
vertical functionality.

Just my thoughts though.....
