I don't know how Pentax USA operates, but if I have multiple items that need repaired, I just pack em up and send em off in one box to whomever is repairing them. Pentax Canada was able to keep 3 LX bodies coming in one box straight, and was also able to keep a 100/2.8 macro and a 50/1.2 straight the last time I sent multiple items for repair.
