Some times light in the surroundings is reflected off a lens surface in a
way, that looks like the glass is damaged or fractured.
Or perhaps it may have been condense ...

Emne: my silver 77mm Ltd seems to be clear again - what happened?

This morning I was preparing my 77mm for shipment, when I looked at
the rear element one last time - and it was crystal clear. No evidence
of damage at all. Nate looked at it as well and agrees with me.

What could have happened? Could it have been condensation that cleared
up on its own? Should I send in the lens anyway for service?

Thanks,
Amita
