Greetings all, I've got what must be a speck of dust on the sensor of my istDS. I've done a bit of research about how to remove it and the potential pitfalls.
What I really need to know first though, is . . . how do you get to the sensor? I'd feel better if I could at least see where the dust might be. When I remove the lens and carefully lift up the mirror what I see is the blades of the shutter, not the sensor. Since I've only been shooting digital since June of this year, I keep fighting the impulse to open the back of the camera. I await enlightenment from those so inclined.
