You are logged on, but maybe not as someone with administrative rights, unfortunately. Try Alan's suggestion but just by right-clicking that sub-folder you talked about. Select properties, then the security tab from there, and try adding "everyone" the list of people/groups that have rights to that subfolder. If you are told that you cannot make the change, then you need to login to the machine as an administrator. That can be done any number of ways depending upon how your machine is set up, unfortunately.
