As far as I know it can use any CF card (up to the 32GB that the CF spec allows), although the largest CF card I've seen is 16GB. But I really don't see the reason for anything larger than 2GB, or maybe 4GB at a pinch - you can get nearly 150 .PEFs on one 2GB card, or 300 on a 4GB, and that's as many images as I like to keep in one place without copying them to backup media. There's no real price advantage in buying larger cards, either; the sweet spot in the cost per GB appears to be with the 2GB cards.
