I'm with you, Frank....

For that outrageous nay, *shameful* price, they ought to take a page 
from Rolls Royce' book of many years ago and send a factory technician 
there in PERSON, fully supplied with tools and his repair kit and 
replacement body in hand, just in case, to handle any problem that has 
arisen!

"Valued customer" has lost it's cachet, it seems to me...
