        It is a bugger to do, lemme warn you.  The way I did it was to get 
out my dial calipers and measure the old one.  Then I split the difference 
between that and the new (oversize) one and scratched a line on the edge.  
Repeat for the other dimension and at least there's a target.

        The really annoying part is trying to sand all that stuff off 
while only holding the screen by the edge.  A dremel or fine-grit belt 
sander would have helped.
