I'm setting my ISO dial to 6400 or 12,800 and then compensating in the
processing. In both shots, I was compensating for the tungsten lights,
so I actually had the ISO dial set to 3200 and 6400 (and therefore was
exposing the film at 6400 and 12,800), and actually, since the ISO dial
on the LX only goes to 3200, on the 12,800 shot I was in manual mode,
setting my shutter speed one stop under the reading I was getting.
The shutter speeds were either 1/30 or 1/60 on the monopod. Some shots
had more shake than others. I was trying to wait for the high point in
the arc of the action-- the drummer has his head back and was about to
swing forwards again...you can see movement in his drumstick in the
corner of the frame.
