A fellow DPreview member who apparently was one of the first to
receive the new K10D yesterday was kind enough to share his new toy
with me today in order to get some high ISO images up on the Web. I
must say that I am pretty impressed with the camera overall no gripes
at all so far, but I really didn't have a lot of time to check it out
thouroughly, I was just trying to get these images posted. IMHO, high
ISO noise is a non-issue. The noise that does appear seems very
minimal and the images are very useful. You can view the full-size
jpg images here:

These are all shot in DNG, ISO 1600, SR and no PP other than
conversion to JPG in Photoshop CS. Firmware is V 1.0.
Lenses included FA *24 f/2.0, FA 77 f/1.8 Ltd and FA*300 f/4.5
