I bought the K100D to see if SR lived up to the hype, otherwise I would have 
bought a used DS or DS2 for the better build, viewfinder and bigger buffer (I 
like the better AF of the K100D, but it's not a deal-maker for me). I still 
would likely prefer a DS/DS2 for a backup body over the K100D after I get the 
K10D next month.
