Markus, Yes, we have spent a lot of time in Germany recently. The Zurich trip (2004) was for my wife's research. I was invited to a symposium in Stuttgart in June 2005, then my wife (a historian working on 16th-17th century Germany) got a travel grant to visit some archives near Munich in June 2006, and then she was invited to a symposium in Gottingen last month.
It's hard work, but somebody has to do it, right?
