I use TB and my PDML mail address is GMail based. I have similar problem. My messages show but not always and rather sporadically. I don't care 'cause it seems they always arrive to the list. I usually simply copy my messages from "Sent" folder to my "PDML" folder if I want them to be saved and properly appear in the thread structure. My settings are like yours - send plain text. Cheers.
