Since I live in a retirement community, both expect someone to be home. 
However, because living here (for a while longer at least), they will leave 
packages on the front stoop and I don't have to chase them around later. And 
the 
packages STAY on the front stoop. :-) One of the few positive things I can say 
about a gated community.
