I remember my first DSLR.  It was a Canon.  Don't recall the model  
name at the moment.  You had to put a special filter on each lens to  
prevent aliasing.  It was an effing nuisance.  This is NOT the way  
for Leica to deal with what are essentially defective sensors.  They  
should lean on Kodak to put a proper IR cutoff filter over the  
sensors and do a recall on cameras already sold for sensor replacement.
