Sometimes it is. There are certain groups of people who does not understand
any other language.

I, and I suspect most Americans, would not only require justice but also
retribution for this act of cowardice. This barbarity is more than a crime,
it is an act of war and I hope we respond with all the might of American
power at our disposal against the perpetrators. Anything less would be
unacceptable.

I know that only a state could commit an act of war against another state,
technically speaking. But any nation that sponsors terrorism does so by
proxy. And the United States of America has just been attacked by the
country that sponsor, support and shelter the people/group that committed
this act. Our response should be measured along that line.

I pray for all the lives that were lost today and for the families of the
bereaved. But the entire nation is in mourning today because this is an
assault to all of us. As the President said, we are being tested and it is
up to us to show our resolve and fortitude to pass this test. And we will.
