Half a day! If you're lucky! Took me about a week to sort out all of the "that doesn't work, but here's a newer version that does the same thing" software and finally get down to a stable happy configuration. Mostly, I miss Grafitti on the Treo (no stylus input, it's all keyboard). But it's much faster.
