I first subscribed in 97 or 98 - back when it was offically part of Pentax.
What's more important is how many satisfying hours have I had reading the anecdotes here, and how much have I learned from collective wisdom of the posters. There have been times where I just can't handle the download traffic or spend the time at the keyboard, and then I drop off, but overall I've learned a lot from the list. One of the first experiences I had with Pentax was looking at a shot of an alligator on their website, and whoever took it said in the caption "I'm just glad I didn't get my own shadow in the shot." Every time I see my shadow in a shot - hopefully in the finder and not the capture - I think of that image. - MCC Shel Belinkoff wrote: > .. have you participated in the PDML, in its various iterations. > > While sitting in traffic this afternoon, the thought crossed my mind that > some of us have been here a *very* long time.
