Both my LXs died on me in one fashion or another a couple of days before
I got to the Bosque Del Apache
to see the birdies, Same trip (aside to Marnie) that I visited White
Sands,. I found a camera store and
bought a k-1000 for $150. This was 1985. I sold it I m sorry to say, a
couple of years ago.

I just checked in my journal for that trip to jog my memory about it and
found this unrelated to photography
entry that I thought was cute.

" When I parked in Clifton this am - at breakfast I apologized to the
guy parked next to me for the angle of my car
(that is, making it more difficult for him to get his car out) Another
local in the cafe said "Dont worry, he's with
the federal government, they can get out of anything."
