Well, I'm trying to decide what I think. It is unusual with the lighting and colors and I think that is one thing that makes it interesting. Also there are smooth reflective sections of the water and then a big area of rough water - this is also interesting. On top of that, the sharply focused grasses on the left make the gulls much more 3D like for me.
Yes, I do like it.
