Yes. My PCs integrated card reader which managed to read a 512MB Ultra II SD card and a few others now refuses to recognize my new 2GB Extreme III SD card. Of course it read all CF cards up to 4GB without fuss. I found a new reader but can't at this point get assurance that the reader will recognize the card (the supplier also supplies the 2GB Extreme III SD cards).
