Hello,
Thank you! to everyone that provided feedback regarding the
different bags. In researching this further, I've found that for the
most part the bags are mainly to be used as backpacks. While that
would work for local trips, I'm looking for something which has wheels
so that I can lug it around with me on the few times I fly during the
year.

I found the Tenba Shootout Rolling Backpack Large for about 230 US
which carries 2 DSLRs, a hand full of lenses and a 17in laptop....Its
a big one that I can roll around with me, yet it easily converts to a
backpack. It also meets the airlines' carry-on size which some of the
larger ones fail to do.

Is this really an overkill? I suppose I'll use it at least half a
dozen times a year. With the construction quality being good, I
suspect I may have it for years along size my other luggage.

Has anyone tried/owned one of these bigger bags and what are your thoughts?
