My guess is pretty close to Paul's. A 22 Mpix sensor has been suggested before, so if that's still in production it will have my bet. Pricewise my guess is between $5000 and $6000.
As for appeal... Throw in some weather sealing, and I believe at least some non-pentax outdoor/landscape photograpers will have their heads up. But I really don't know how "wide" or "narrow" that bunch is.
