I was not planning on selling my *istD when I got the K10D. However, I know that I am not going to get a lot of use out of the D even if I keep it as a backup. Plan B is give the *istD to my wife, but she would benefit from the SR and not really take advantage of the more advanced user interfact (i.e., two control wheel, Hyper functions, PC sync socket, portrait grip etc.).
I know that there might be no/little interest in this offer but I will throw it out anyway. Is there anyone who purchased a K100D who has some buyer's remorse and would rather have an *istD? I have a two year old D that is in excellent shape. It has about 7200 shutter cycles, so it has relatively low mileage on it. I have the box and all accessories that came with the camera. I will also include the portrait/battery grip (D-BG1)and 1.5 Gb in Sandisk compact flash cards (1x1Gb and 2 x 256Gb). Contact me off list if you are interested in either a swap or straight out purchase. I am in the US but would consider shipping overseas.
