I like it. Almost all of the ancillary elements bring you back to the in-focus main story, the smile on the lady's face. The two changes that would make it perfect would be if the musicbox player was looking right at the couple rather than past them, and if the second lady on the right were looking at them as well. But this is real, not everyone pays attention to the same portion of the "show".
