I have the 67II as well, got it with the 100mm macro (1:1) and added
used 45mm f/4, 165mm f/2.8 and 200mm f/4.

I like the macro very much, it is quite sharp (but only f/4 of course)
Do note that to get 1:1 ratio, you use a dedicated close-up lens
with it, which effectively reduces the focal-length to about 67mm!

That makes it almost a wide-angle macro on the 67 :-)
So beware that subject distance will not be that large ...
 
Without that screw-on lens, it will focus to 1:2 ratio,
which was enough for 90% of the shots I took with it.


The 45mm is quite good too (even if mine has a minor scratch),
very nice for landscapes with huge amounts of detail ...

I have used the Bogen/Manfrotto 155, which is 'OK' but heavier is better :-)
