Exactly, I have set the JPG for the K10D to 2 megapixel, maximum quality. That allows good viewing as well as acceptable 4x6 prints (300dpi). I set the image format to RAW-DNG, and the RAW button to 'Continue', so I normally get no JPG's at all. One press of the button and all subsequent exposures will have an additional 1800x1200 JPG ... > >> Note: >> At Photokina they showed the P5000 that has DNG support. >> I asked if there would be a firmware update for the P4000 >> to allow that too, and the answer was 'unlikely' :-( > >Hmm. Didn't see that announcement. That would be great! The P5000 you mean ? Should be out by now ... I was rather disappointed that such a feature, which is software only is not made available to existing P2000/P4000 units ...
