Wrong, LCD for computer use or even home theater use is not the best for color accuracy.
Yes, 1920 is the width of the 1080i/p formats but if you use a 1600 pixel computer LCD you dont get the full 1920 resolution, you only get 1600 resolution, and you dont even really get that as there are resizing losses too. And the LCD's I'm referring to are running at 1600x1050 (20"/21" widescreen) or 1920x1200 (23/24"). The latter can do something almost no TV can, 1080p at native resolution, with better contrast ratios, faster pixel repsonse and far smaller pixel pitches.
