I spy some Cabot cheddar. My favorite! Yum! Compositionally, the person in the frame seems to add the third dimension to the shot. Not exactly sure why, since both he/she and the cheese seem to be in equal focus. Maybe they're both just slightly out of focus? I can't tell on this monitor or with that resolution of image.
