It's not rhetoric, it's my opinion.  I don't save it for the internet;  I
express it in "the real world" all the time.  I don't expect everyone to agree
with me.  All I ask is that responses be civil and reasoned.  Which they are -
most of the time.

Our dollar is worth exactly $1.00 - here in Canada.  It's worth (last time I
looked) about 63.5 cents US.  Just in case you're interested.

Anyway, this is my last word on this thread.  It's also the last time that I
intend to respond to any of your posts.  Not that there's any hard feelings on
my part, there just doesn't seem any utility to it.
