Offset possibly. One current estimate puts the mass gained through incoming 
meteorites and their dust at 78,000 tons per year. That doesn't count 
captured solar wind which is particles having mass.  Is also doesn't count 
hydrogen which the atmosphere apparently outgasses to space. Who knows?
