Gel as in gellatin - a transparent semi-liquid that you apply to skin: <http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/medicines/100003726.html> I have a tendon strain under the shoulder bones affecting the nerves in my upper arms, so I'm on a regime of ice packs and gel at the moment. Actually my back is in good shape. I went to my chiro about 5 months ago with muscle spasms in the lumbar region. After X rays, turns out I have one desiccated disc (q.v.) and so had intensive repair regimen and doing nicely now. No sciatica, so caught it early enough. Backs are a problem in my business. -- Cheers, Cotty ___/\__ || (O) | People, Places, Pastiche ||=====| http://www.cottysnaps.com _____________________________ -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
