The foam he uses seems to be a more flexible solution than paper and the
Metz one because it can be bent in any position.
I will have a loook for some material.

I'd do what he does and use inkjet paper.
If you want somewthing more durable, check out whats available at your local
stationary store.

hammer-head flashes:
