They go in ~Library/Application Support/Adobe/Camera Raw/Settings/
(The ~ takes you to the user-specific Library folder, not the system- wide library folder.) but in all honesty these .xmp calibrations cause some very odd conversion results in Camera Raw v3.6 with K10D files on my system. I prefer the Camera Raw defaults as a starting point.
