Well, I'll combine my educational background, such as it is, with my work background (since I've already read down the thread to see that people have started talking about how their education did (or didn't) match their current careers. Suffice to say that mine doesn't (or didn't). BA majoring in Philosophy. Law degree. 10 years as a litigation lawyer. 10 years as a bike messenger here in Toronto. 18 months as a bike dispatcher, which I'm currently doing (as we speak, in fact).
