I drive by Lucky Peak Lake on the way to work every day. It's a reservoir that is filled in the spring/summer and then the water is released in the fall. People take their 4wd pickups, dirt bikes, and ATV's down in the bottom once the water's gone.
What you're seeing is tire tracks in the mud, that have filled with snow and ice. I'm probably 200 feet above it at the time of taking the picture. Thanks for the comments.
