About 30 years ago I was in Auckland when the New Zealand rally was run.
(In those days local boy Rod Millen was competing in a Ford Escort).
I didn't get anything quite as good as that, but I did get some
shots.  That taught me there's a lot more to motorsport photography;
my shots (and the one you show above) look as though they could
almost have been taken with the car stationary, parked in the corner.

I want to get dust trails, blurred wheels, cars coming over jumps, ...
