Thanks Bruce. Yes, I can imaging Missouri gets a lot of this.  
Generally, it's too cold here for ice storms, but this has been a  
warm winter. As you know, it has to be right around 32 degrees F for  
this to happen. The precipitation comes down as rain and freezes when  
it hits the tree branches, sidewalks, cars, etc.
