I like the color one much better.  The gray scale version left me feeling 
empty.  The color version has some feeling... mostly cold, but nevertheless 
I like it.  Could have probably used a smaller aperture possibly, I get the 
feeling that the mountain and clouds are not quite sharp. or maybe it's the 
light.
