Postage due? that's absurd. When you pay
shipping costs, it's not suppossed to
have additional postage due. I would
insist a refund on that. As far as
packing goes, did it get damaged? If
it did, the shipper will not pay
an insurance claim if insufficicently
packed. That is also the sellers
responsibility and if he didnt pack
it properly per the carrier, he
owes a refund to the buyer even if
the insurance claim isnt honored.

Is it just me, or has things gotten out of hand?

I received a package today that had postage due on it. The shipper had 
used empty pop can boxes as packing (for electronic test equipment, yet)

that had of course collapsed. He spent far less than I had paid for 
shipping. This is just the latest in a series of transactions that that 
have been less than perfect.

Maybe my rule should be, Negative feedback for any transaction that is 
less than perfect, and let the feedback blackmailers do as they will.
