Postage due? that's absurd. When you pay shipping costs, it's not suppossed to have additional postage due. I would insist a refund on that. As far as packing goes, did it get damaged? If it did, the shipper will not pay an insurance claim if insufficicently packed. That is also the sellers responsibility and if he didnt pack it properly per the carrier, he owes a refund to the buyer even if the insurance claim isnt honored. jco

I received a package today that had postage due on it. The shipper had used empty pop can boxes as packing (for electronic test equipment, yet) that had of course collapsed. He spent far less than I had paid for shipping. This is just the latest in a series of transactions that that have been less than perfect. Maybe my rule should be, Negative feedback for any transaction that is less than perfect, and let the feedback blackmailers do as they will. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
