THIS IS ALL MOOT, you cant keep/use your paypal account if they say you owe a buyer money so using alternate accounts to keep from being charged back only shuts you down which is usually much more costly than just paying what you owe them, even if it was fraudulent activity. The way around this is too be careful and not be a victim by abiding by the paypal sellers shipping rules and to list your items fairly and accurately so there wont be any buyer claims against you against you in the first place. jco
