I htink I'm getting at what you are trying to convey here - the brooding deep ancient tree with clinging vines - like the true roots of civilizations with ephemera sticks onto it that ultimately becomes part of it.
Definitely not an image that works well at web size - which of course means nothing since web size is the equivalent of a 4 x6 at best. I'd probably try to play with the tonal ranges to boost the contrast without blowing out that one patch of sky at the top. Maybe play with the curves tool a bit or create a second layer, lighten it up, and get creative with the blending and transparency. - MCC -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Mark Cassino Photography Kalamazoo, Michigan www.markcassino.com - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
