Man - ISO 200 Kodachrome was the grainiest, least sharp, and most rotten 
color rendering film I ever shot. It was probably the best ISO 200 slide 
  film back in the day when it was the only ISO 200 slide film, but it 
really left a lot to be desired, IMO.

Maybe someone will market a spray on coating that could decrease 
saturation and simulate extreme graininess. It could be applied to any 
cheap Ektachrome film to simulate the Kodachrome 200 experience.
