A street price of $100 or less for Lightroom would make me take notice. However, I'm finding Bibble Lite excellent also (I have an earlier free version which supports the DS - the current version sells for $70). It doesn't seem too dissimilar to Adobe Camera Raw in the way it works (not that I've used ACR but I have Bruce Fraser's book on it and the workflow he describes seems to be adaptable to Bibble).
By the way, Fraser is a great loss - I received a copy of his book on image sharpening at Christmas and have learnt more about sharpening (and image processing generally) in the last two weeks than I had worked out in the previous 2-3 years.
