Ie I won't be able to use the shots for any other purpose." ----- Serious question: In such a situation, what would prevent you from taking two identical digital frames of each shot, providing one to the client and keeping the second for yourself? If there was ever a question, the exif information would show that the image you supplied to the client was different from the one you kept for yourself.
