Markus, I didn't sharpen the feathers, I don't think. I can show you the original I had to deal with. I was part of the event, only got off a couple of shots. even went back the next day to try for better.
I didn't want to over-manipulate. wanted to blur out the background as much as I could. NOt sure Im talented enough in photoshop to really correct it without making it look artificial I'll look at the original file again - I did sort of rush this. ann Markus Maurer wrote: >Hi Ann >did you try selecting only the feathers for sharpening, I dislike the harsh >background. >Less DOF and not cutting off the big feather would have made a good photo >for me. >greetings >Markus > > > >-----Original Message----- >From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of >ann sanfedele >Sent: Wednesday, January 24, 2007 8:10 PM >To: Pentax-Discuss Mail List; [EMAIL PROTECTED] >Subject: PESO: Hope is a thing with Feathers > > > >http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=5498964 > >posted one more shot from my Nora project > >ann > > >-- >PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List >[email protected] >http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net > > > > -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
