        If you'd read what I posted, you'd recall that in at least the 
case of the cheap batteries I mentioned, they were not inaccurate in their 
rating.  The "mAH" ratings were correct... but at too low a voltage to be 
considered "non-dead" by the camera.  A nice stiff supply (i.e. low 
internal impedance) is what's required... probably moreso than current 
longevity.
