I wrapped the URL into a dummy HTML page in an "<a href..>" link and then told Safari to download the linked file ... there are better ways but it works.
The file once downloaded will be IMGP0076.dng.txt. Change the file extension to be IMGP0076.dng, then Photoshop will open it into Camera Raw.
