Thanks Godfrey for getting back to me. I made a quick try with a couple of your ideas, letting Lightroom run the printer and letting the printer do it's thing. Either way the print is the same. Just to be sure I printed with Elements and the same way I always do. The print with Elements is like I usually get, ie, good. The others were still the same as the first attempts with Lightroom. It seems no matter what I do, the final print is dark and very muted colors. I will continue to play with it and see what happens. I am sure it is something I haven't noticed yet!
