I would soak them in distilled water to which a few drops of a water spot 
preventer have been added. I would then slowly unroll them under water and hang 
them to dry from a clothesline with a clip for weight on the opposite end of 
the roll. Once dry, I would cut them into strips of five or six frames and 
store them in envelopes.
